CREATING THE LEADERS OF THE FUTURE
Developing the ability to analyze their own
strengths and weaknesses, set personal and
professional goals, and have the self-esteem,
confidence, motivation, and abilities to carry
them out.
Providing leadership training prepares youth to manage time, work in a team setting, set goals, start conversations, facilitate meetings, and make effective presentations; all of which are positive life skills that they will carry into adulthood.

Critical thinking skills allow students to solve
practical problems and apply it to real world

work environments. Working in a team will be
an essential skill for every student to have in their
studies and jobs.

Learning how to prioritize, organize, coordinate and execute a project helps students solve problems and display their research in a clear and pointed way.

The iDream Society’s mission is to make a significant difference for the future of our youth, by empowering a new generation of motivated leaders. We're providing in-person and digital workshops to students, partnering with different organizations to help bring these student's visions to life.
Through our free programs and resources, we help students discover, develop and pursue their passions. With courses and opportunities to learn about photography, graphic design, music production, marketing, social media, and more.
Some of our projects are:
INSIDE MONROVIA
Inside Monrovia is a show created to empower our next generations leaders, giving them a platform where their voice can be heard.
A show built for the community, and created by the community. Spotlighting local organizations, businesses, and people doing great things in the city of Monrovia, and neighboring cities.
Partnering with KGEM-TV you'll be able to watch the show on your local Spectrum network.
SOCKS FOR THE BLOCK
Spending time with people who are unsheltered, and getting to know what their needs are is what started the SOCKS for the BLOCK campaign in 2017.
We all know how good a fresh pair of socks makes us feel, but did you know 2pairs of socks can keep your feet & hands warm on cold night?

Workshop
BUILD YOUR BRAND WORKSHOP
The Build Your Brand workshop is for young people who have dreams of building a business. If it's a youtube channel, or music? Maybe they make jewelry, or started a clothing brand. Growing a brand is when it all gets real.
PR Strategist Sasha Pisterman walks our young people thru what rolling out a project looks like, and how to grow their brand. Leaving these young dreamers with practical next steps so they know what to do as soon as the workshop is over.

We believe it doesn't take much, to do something great!
Please feel free to do this as frequently, and often as you'd like.

DIRECTIONS:
1. Find a location in your neighborhood that needs cleaning.
Your street, a park, a shopping center, or even a parking lot.
2. Assemble your team by reaching out to friends with a day & time you'd like to meet, and share it on your socials.
3. Meet up at the location with gloves, trash bags, and a smile.
4. Fill up your bag/s with trash, take a pic with the team and the bags using the hashtag #HometownCleanUp
You'll be AMAZED by how much can get done in a short amount of time.

EVENTS
The Digital Dreamers Academy was a 6week commitment from close to 20 young people that became an experience none of us will ever forget!! Helping young people see their visions come to life is at the core of what the iDream Society is very passionate about.
With special guests & professionals from the music, film & television industries, we were fortunate to see how this program changed young people's lives forever.
