INSPIRE - We want to inspire young people to be their greatest self, with the confidence to rise above any obstacle they might face.

ENABLE - Accessibility makes dreams attainable. We provide young people with practical next steps to help them get closer to their goal.

LEADERSHIPSHIP SKILLS & ARTICULATION

Developing the ability to analyze their own strengths and weaknesses, set personal and professional goals, and have the self-esteem, confidence, motivation, and abilities to carry them out.

Providing leadership training prepares youth to manage time, work in a team setting, start conversations, facilitate meetings, and make effective presentations; all of which are positive life skills that they will carry into adulthood in any line of work.

LIFE SKILLS PREPARE STUDENTS TO SUCCEED IN THEIR PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL LIVES

CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS

Critical thinking skills allow students to solve problems and apply it to real world situations. This lifelong skill benefits students K-12, college and in their future careers.

TEAMWORK

The workforce can be a demanding, collaborative, work environment. Working in a team will be an essential skill for every student to have in their studies and jobs.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Learning how to prioritize, organize, coordinate and execute a project helps students solve problems and display their research in a clear and pointed way.

Previous Projects

We are always happy to meet other organizations who see our vision and support our mission. The iDream Society’s mission is to make a significant difference for the future of our youth, by empowering a new generation of motivated leaders. We're providing in-person and digital workshops to students, partnering with different organizations to help bring these students’ visions to life.

Through our free programs and resources, we help students discover, develop and pursue their passions. With courses and opportunities to learn about photography, graphic design, music production, marketing, social media, and more. Some of our projects are:

  • Our Podcast 3000 workshop allows students to come in with their email address, and leave knowing how to architect, and execute a full season of their podcast. We believe young people that can articulate their ideas, will also grow on to be powerful thought leaders.

    We want to empower our next generation with the ability to share their passion with the world using the podcast platform.

    It’s also an opportunity for our entrepreneurs to learn how to produce podcasts, which could evolve into a career of its own. Watch the recap video here.

  • The Digital Dreamers Academy was a 6week commitment from close to 20 young people that became an experience none of us will ever forget!! Helping young people see their visions come to life is at the core of what the iDream Society is very passionate about. With special guests & professionals from the music, film & television industries, we were fortunate to see how this program changed young people's lives forever. Watch the recap video here.

  • Spending time with people who are unsheltered, and getting to know what their needs are is what started the SOCKS for the BLOCK campaign in 2017. We all know how good a fresh pair of socks makes us feel, but did you know 2pairs of socks can keep your feet & hands warm on cold night? ​We'll have more info on how you can help soon.   • We believe it doesn't take much, to do something great!​Please feel free to do this as frequently, and often as you'd like. Message us on Instagram for strategies that may work best for you, in your neighborhood.We're with you! Watch the recap video here.

  • The Build Your Brand workshop is for young people who have dreams of building a business. If it's a youtube channel, or music, maybe they make jewelry, or started a clothing brand. Growing a brand is when it all gets real. Watch the recap video here.

  • Inside Monrovia is a show created to empower our next generations leaders, giving them a platform where their voice can be heard. ​A show built for the community, and created by the community. Spotlighting local organizations, businesses, and people doing great things in the city of Monrovia, and neighboring cities. ​Partnering with KGEM-TV you'll be able to watch the show on your local Spectrum network.
